How to order

Cake and cupcake order prices are determined on an individual basis based on complexity of design. Generally, an 8-inch two-layer cake with choice of cake, filling and frosting is $35; 10-inch cakes are $45; 12-inch cakes are $55; and so on.

That does not include fondant creations or cake sculptures. These cakes are priced based on their unique construction and the fee is determined after the design has been revealed through conversations with you so that your wish may come true.

Generally, Make Believe Cakes needs the date and time of your event, how many people will attend, the event's location, your contact information, including phone number and e-mail address and the basic idea you have for your cake.

Through discussions with you, a sketch is produced that will be the basis for your cake.

To hold your date, there is a $100 or 50 percent non-refundable deposit. Payment for the cake is due two weeks prior to the event. If the event is cancelled prior to two weeks before the event, any balance paid minus the deposit will be refunded to you.
